At Zenkik, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Size exchanges are available if the shoes do not fit.
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- The original shoe box and packaging must be returned.
- Shoes showing signs of use, dirt, damage, or wear are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to size and stock availability.
RETURN POLICY
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Returns due to a change of mind are accepted; however, delivery and return charges are non-refundable.
- Products that have been worn, played with, damaged, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
DELIVERY CHARGES
For returns or exchanges, the applicable reverse delivery and re-delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the issue was caused by Zenkik.
WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If you receive:
- The wrong product
- The wrong size sent by Zenkik
- A manufacturing defect
Please contact us immediately after receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Please check the size and product condition before wearing the shoes.
- Once the shoes have been used for playing or outdoor activities, they will generally not be eligible for return or size exchange.
- Minor differences in color, finishing, or appearance caused by lighting, photography, or manufacturing may not be considered defects.
- All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Zenkik.
